Using Chess-Results
Before the event, verify the player’s name and category in the published list. During the event, use the current-round pairing to check board number, opponent and colour. The final ranking shows points and tie-break values.
Check every result
Results may take time to update after a round. Verify the published result and inform the organiser or Chief Arbiter promptly if it is incorrect.
For parents
Allow the player to manage the game independently. Parents must remain outside restricted playing areas and direct questions to the organiser or arbiter at an appropriate time.
Tournament-specific arrangements
Late arrival, withdrawals, lunch, parent access, prize eligibility, next-round timing and equipment requirements are governed by the official prospectus and organiser instructions.
